Illusion of reality

The second video above is from BBC4. It will take almost one hour to watch. It is worth enduring to get a summary of modern physics. It is recommended studying further on sites dedicated to physics. This is about life, art and philosophy. What is reality? If the physicist can't tell, who can? Is it possible for everyone to create his own reality, like Gwendolyn. It seems likely. I am frustrated. So much science and so little knowledge. :-/
