While sailing on the ocean, she invented time. It was a point she called "noon". The point moved in space. She also invented the week, consisting of five days. This very day 2008-02-29, she called a "leap" day. "Year " she defined as 365,24 days. Every year got its number beginning with the year 2046. If this had been the reality, we surely would have counted time differently, but Gwendolyn was alone in her world. She had no other minds to consider.
